Description of the work
The work represents the physical condition of Gilbert’s Syndrome, from which the artist suffers, which tires the liver due to the excessive bilirubin produced.
In October 2018, the artist felt unwell due to his physical condition and one evening, drinking beer, he was frightened by strong stomach pains. In the painting, the livers are shown in red, the background is yellow, recalling the colour of the skin of those affected by this condition, while the character’s internal organs can be noticed to emphasize the concept of inner discomfort.
